    • Starboard links installed on the wall, CRS for intermediate schools,

    • Interactive Technology in Classrooms
      • Hardware installation and issues
      • Training: one more initial training on Starboard link to be available
      • Existing interactive technology: SmartBoard, Mimio, Mobi
    • Google Mail: switch over to start 5:00 p.m., Friday, April 6
      • Existing e-mail data/contacts migration
    • Zero clients - Fujitsu pilot: from exiting PCs used with VNC: volunteers
    • Aeries Gradebook: post on line

      Goals of ETAC 2011-12
      • Take attendance on-line: 
        • Tardy to be cleared by the front office of  the school
        • Global Connect will be used for automated absence verification
      • Use L4U for library/textbook management
        • Teacher's log in for Basic Circulation
        • Students don't need log in and can look for books on-line
        • Frequent freeze of the system at Bitely
      • Communicate by e-mail
        • GSD is going to switch to g-mail based Google Mail
      • Maintain/update web pages (schools and teachers) timely
        • Update photos in the banner of the school home page
        • Make use of the Recent News section
      • Implement Tech Plan 2011-13: focus of 11/7 meeting
      • Apply interactive technology in classroom (125 Starboards, 23 IPJAW250 projectors and other existing interactive technology)
