About the Preschool Program

The Garvey Head Start/State Preschool Program has served the Rosemead, Monterey Park, and San Gabriel communities for over 35 years.  Below is a brief description of program services:   

Head Start/ State Preschool

•         Is a federal/state funded child development program
•         Serves children 3 to 5 years of age. 
•         Provides children and their families with comprehensive services to meet their educational, social, physical and emotional needs.
