GSD Staff Technology Surveys
All the classroom teachers (including resource teachers, academic coaches, ELD teacehrs, and RSP/Special Ed teachers) will need to complete the following two technology surveys on-line before Friday, June 8. Read the instructions before you click either hyperlink below to begin each survey.

INSTRUCTIONS for completing 'Lite' Technology Assessment Profile

1. Check your District administered Google Mail. You should receive an e-mail of your log-in information including ID number and Password.
2. Once logging in, click the big green button, Take the 'Lite' Technology Assessment Profile. Start and complete 21 questions in 3 sub-categories: Teachers' and Administrators' Current Technology Skills Levels, Using Technology in the Classroom, and Using Technology to Support Student Learning.
3. In case no ID number or Password is available, click the hyperlink, Forget your ID number and password. Type in your first name, last name and e-mail address and provide the correct answer to a validation (clue) question. Your account information will display on the screen. Click "Click here to get to login page".
4. Do NOT rush to create a new account. Chances are you should already have an account on EdTechProfile unless your are a brand new teacher in California. Always attempt to look up your account before you create a new account. Try your maid name or any other name you might have used in the past. Should you forget the answer to the clue question, contact David Jung at extension 2151.

INSTRUCTION for taking Classroom Teachers Technology Survey

1. Log in using your Google account. Be reminded that you might NOT need to type in your entire e-mail address if @garvey.k12.ca.us shows below the user name field. Contact ETO staff if you have any difficulty in logging into your Google account.
2. Follow the on-screen instruction to complete the survey.
