Facilities Use

The Garvey School District authorizes the use of school facilities by community groups per the Civic Center Act when such use does not interfere with school activities.  Groups are charged a fair rental value when using facilities for which admission is charged or contributions are solicited.

To request the use of school facilities, please complete the application below. The site administrator's approval signature is required to move the request forward.  One form per site should be completed in full, and a Certificate of Insurance from the vendor/requestor should be attached. 

 

Completed forms, with the site administrator's signature and all attachments, should be forwarded to the Business Office for final review and approval.
