Developer Fees

Under provisions of Government Code Section 65995, as a prerequisite to the issuance of a Building Permit by the Department of Public Works, the Garvey School District collects developer fees as follows:

Multi-Family Residential Development:       $4.79 per sq. ft.
Single-Family Residential Development:     $4.79 per sq. ft.
Commercial Development:                            $0.78 per sq. ft.

(Rates effective 12-13-2022 and are subject to change)

Please note the District will not accept personal checks, only Cashiers' Checks.
