(AERIES Student Information System)

As part of our continuing efforts to provide information regarding your student’s progress and status, parents will be able to view student information for their students from our school database using the Garvey School District Parent Portal. Through our secure server you will able to view your student’s demographic data, grades, attendance records, class schedule, and emergency contact information. In the beginning of the school year, parents will also have the opportunity to re-register the returning students on line via the Parent Portal.

  1. Create a new account on the GSD Parent Portal

The following information is required prior to creating a Garvey School District Parent Portal account:

  • Email Account

  • Valid Area Code & Telephone Number

  • Student Permanent Identification number – a unique number assigned to each student, provided by the school

  • Verification Password Code (VPC) – a random code containing numbers and uppercase letters, provided by the school

  1. Access student information via GSD Parent Portal

To access the Garvey School District Parent Portal sign-in screen, open an Internet browser and go to https://parent.garvey.k12.ca.us Sign in using the e-mail address and the password you provided when creating your account.

Once logged in you will be given access to a number of tabbed choices including Student Information, Attendance and Grades.  A link to Change Password and Log-out is located toward the top left of the screen. Please note: All information is current. You will be able to view or print any of the information.

Garvey School District Parent Portal will automatically log you out after 20 minutes of inactivity.  It is imperative that you log out and close the internet browser when you have finished using the Garvey School District Parent Portal on a public computer (i.e., any non-home computer).  Failing to close the internet browser may make your student’s personal record available to users who use the computer after you. They may be able to view and/or print out information contained in your student’s personal record.

Como parte de nuestros continuos esfuerzos por brindar información sobre el progreso y el estado de su estudiante, los padres podrán ver la información del estudiante de sus estudiantes de nuestra base de datos de la escuela utilizando el Portal para Padres del Distrito Escolar Garvey. A través de nuestro servidor seguro podrá ver los datos demográficos, grados, registro de asistencia, horario de clases, e información de contacto de emergencia del estudiante. Al comienzo del año escolar, los padres también tendrán la oportunidad de volver a registrar a los estudiantes que regresan en línea a través del Portal para Padres.

  1. Crear una nueva cuenta en el Portal para Padres GSD

La siguiente información es necesaria antes de crear una cuenta de Portal para Padres del Distro Escolar Garvey:

  • Cuenta de Correo Electrónico
  • Código de Área y Numero de Teléfono Validos

CỔNG THÔNG TIN PHỤ HUYNH GSD

(Hệ Thống Thông Tin Phụ Huynh AERIES)

Là một phần nỗ lực không ngừng nhằm cung thông tin về tiến bộ và tình hình của học sinh, phụ huynh sẽ có thể xem thông tin của học sinh cho con mình từ dữ liệu của nhà trường bằng cách sử dụng Cổng Thông Tin Phụ Huynh Phòng Giáo Dục Garvey. Thông qua máy chủ an toàn của phòng quý vị sẽ có thể xem dữ liệu nhân khẩu học, điểm số, hồ sơ chuyên cần, thời khóa biểu, và thông tin liên lạc khẩn của học sinh. Bắt đầu từ năm học này, phụ huynh cũng sẽ có cơ hội đăng ký trực tuyến lại cho học sinh đang theo học  thông qua Cổng Thông Tin Phụ Huynh.

  1. Tạo tài khoản mới trên Cổng Thông Tin Phụ Huynh GSD

Thông tin dưới đây sẽ được yêu cầu trước khi tạo một tài khoản Cổng Thông Tin Phụ Huynh Phòng Giáo Dục Garvey:

  • Tài Khoản Email
  • Mã Vùng & Số Điện Thoại Có Giá Trị
  • Số Định Danh Cố Định Của Học Sinh – số duy nhất được cấp cho mỗi học sinh, được cấp bởi nhà trường
  • Mã Xác Nhận Mật Khẩu (VPC) – một mật mã ngẫu nhiên gồm số và các chữ cái viết hoa, được cấp bởi nhà trường

  1. Truy Cập Thông Tin Học Sinh qua Cổng Thông Tin Phụ Huynh GSD

Để truy cập vào màn hình đăng nhập Cổng Thông Tin Phụ Huynh Phòng Giáo Dục Garvey, xin mở trình duyệt Internet và nhập lệnh https://parent.garvey.k12.ca.us Đăng nhập bằng địa chỉ e-mail và mật khẩu quý vị đã ra khi tạo tài khoản.

Khi đã đăng nhập vào được rồi thì quý vị sẽ được cấp truy cập vào một số các lựa chọn chuyển hướng bao gồm Thông Tin Phụ Huynh, Chuyên Cần và Điểm Số. Đường link để Đổi Mật Khẩu và đăng xuất nằm ở bên trái phía trên của màn hình. Xin lưu ý: Mọi thông tin đều cập nhật. Quý vị sẽ có thể xem và in bất cứ thông tin nào.

Công Thông Tin Phụ Huynh Phòng Giáo Dục Garvey sẽ tự động đăng xuất sau 20 phút không có hoạt động.  Việc quý vị đặt lệnh đăng xuất và đóng trình duyệt internet khi quý vị sử dụng xong Cổng Thông Tin Phụ Huynh Phòng Giáo Dục Garvey trên máy tính công cộng là yêu cầu thiết yếu (VD: bất cứ các máy tính nào không ở gia đình).  Việc không đóng trình duyệt internet có thể làm lộ thông tin cá nhân của học sinh cho những người sử dụng máy sau quý vị. Họ có thể xem và/hoặc in thông tin có chứa hồ sơ cá nhân của học sinh.
