2026-27 Woodcraft Rangers After School Program
Applications for the 2026-27 School Year will be available starting July 2026.
An email will be sent to all parents (currently enrolled) who have an existing account in Aeries.
*** If you are a new family to the district, please call (626) 307-3400 to notify us and receive an email with the Woodcraft Rangers After School Program application (once it becomes available).
FAQs
Is my child eligible? The after school program is open to current year TK - Grade 8 enrolled students.
Is the after school program free? There is no cost.
Is the program first-come, first-serve? We do our best to accommodate ALL students. If we receive more applications than there is capacity for, Woodcraft Rangers will place students on a waitlist while additional staff are hired on.
Where could I submit my child's application?
- The form will be accepted in-person only at your child's school starting approximately 1.5 weeks prior to the first day of school.
What is the deadline to submit my application?
Ongoing (waitlist will be available)
Which schools will offer the after school program?
ALL schools will offer the Woodcraft Rangers after school program: Bitely, Dewey, Duff, Emerson, Hillcrest, Monterey Vista, Rice, Sanchez, Willard, Garvey Intermediate and Temple Intermediate.
When will I hear back regarding the status of my submitted application?
Before September, you will receive an email or call from Woodcraft Rangers staff to update you on the status of your application and your child's placement.
