The Garvey School District authorizes the use of school facilities by community groups per the Civic Center Act when such use does not interfere with school activities. Groups are charged a fair rental value when using facilities where admission is charged or contributions solicited.
In order to request the use of school facilities, please complete the application below . The site administrator's signature of approval is required to move the request forward. One form per site should be filled out completely and a Certificate of Insurance from the vendor/requestor should be attached.
Completed forms, with site administrator's signature and all attachments should be forwarded to the Business Office for final review and approval.
