NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: March 28, 2019

NOTICE is hereby given that the Garvey School District Board of Education will hold a duly noticed public hearing on Thursday, March 28, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Education Center, located at 2730 Del Mar Ave, Rosemead, CA 91770 to hear evidence, take public comments, and consider adopting a resolution making certain findings and approving an energy service contract with REC Solar Commercial Corporation, for the provision of alternative sources of energy on District property for use at District facilities in accordance with California Government Code Section 4217.10 through 4217.18.
